Watercooling

I have been working with aluminium cooling blocks.
Its not recommended to run them with plain water.
Closed waterloop (fluid has no contact with air) and 100% antifreeze works ok.
It gives a bit of a mess but it also prevents alge.
In the future i might give copper or brass a try.
Sadly machining this material is a bit tougher then aluminium.

intergrated watercooling is 50 euro extra on any kind of amp.

2 intergrated watercoolings. the upper is for a 10mw in 30 watt out datv amplifier for 23cm

and
the other is a 150 watt atv amp for 1250 - 1280

23cm amp highflow type.

Below is a proto for the 170watt 23cm amplifier.
The thick unit will be replaced by delrin and the large plate will be smaller.
Just to make it all cost worthy.
All waterblocks will have G1/4 water connectors.
